Natalie Isaac grew up in Indianapolis and earned her undergraduate degree in Music Education from the University of Indianapolis in 2018. She specializes in teaching choirs and general music and is licensed P-12 in the state of Indiana. In addition, she serves as the organist at University Heights United Methodist Church on the south side of Indianapolis and actively accompanies schools, churches, and soloists around the city. She married her husband, Darrin, in October of 2017, and they started their little family by adopting a husky mix named Reyah in 2018.
Mrs. Isaac believes that all children have the capacity to engage in musical learning and to apply it to their lives. The music classroom provides an opportunity to teach the brain in unique ways that support other academics such as math and reading. The arts are shown to support students emotionally and academically, and Mrs. Isaac seeks to stimulate learning through games, exciting lessons, active music making, and by providing music for all.
Outside of the St. Monica classroom, Mrs. Isaac teaches private piano. Her studio policies are attached: Isaac Music Studio Policies 2020-2021 (1). Contact her if you are interested in joining her studio!
